Go ahead non-Arizona Cardinals fans, try to name a couple of the starting quarterbacks the team has had since Kurt Warner retired three and a half years ago. What you end up with is a group of mediocre passers, none which have a chance to start this year outside of Kevin Kolb with the Buffalo Bills. So you can’t blame receiver Larry Fitzgerald when he recently said on NFL Network that he misses playing with Warner. I was fortunate to have Kurt for so many years,” Fitzgerald said. “He taught me so much not only as a football player but as a man. I truly value the relationship that he’s allowed me to have with him. I miss him dearly but he’s got his nice cushy chair at NFL [Network] studios now and he’s having a good time. But I learned a lot. I’ve taken all the lessons I’ve learned from him throughout the years, and try to implement it in my game still to this day. Fitzgerald does give credit to this year’s starter, Carson Palmer, for his leadership ability. He’s demanding, he holds everybody accountable; he has great leadership ability, he has a really even-keeled disposition but he really cares,” Fitzgerald said of Palmer. “He’s passionate about it, he wants to be good and that attitude is infectious among our group. It’s great to have that leader in our huddle and all of the guys are chomping at the bit to catch some passes from him this season. It’s unfortunate that 3 of Fitzgerald’s prime years were wasted with sub-par quarterbacks. He had a career low last year in all his statistics but you can’t blame one of the best receivers in the game when he’s catching passes from, well no one. Need NFL Tickets? Loading... Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald admitted that he remains a fan of the Vikings after growing up in Minnesota and being around the team as a kid.

HONEY BADGER'S BOO BOO
Arizona Cardinals CB Tyrann Mathieu says he is motivated by the perceived slights towards him from NFL Network's Mike Mayock.
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd failed to live up to expectations with just 45 receptions for 562 yards and two touchdowns through 16 games (three starts) during his rookie season. His inconsistency in separating from defenders as well as his occasional mental miscues were two of the main reasons why he was unable to emerge as the legitimate complementary No. 2...
With the start of NFL training camps only a week away for most teams, there are plenty preseason rankings looking at both players and coaches currently floating around the web.
Arizona Cardinals rookie defensive back Tyrann Mathieu enters his NFL career with no shortage of motivation. The very feisty and incredibly instinctual versatile product out of LSU not only wants to prove that he’s learned from his past off-the-field troubles and has what it takes to succeed at the next level, but he’s also apparently found added motivation in the form of...
by Michael Richard-Webb The Arizona Cardinals went 5-11 in 2012, which was a disappointment compared to how the season was expected to be with QB Kevin Kolb. After an amazing and surprising 4–0 start, it seemed they could finally get back in the playoffs, but they lost 11 of their final 12 games. [...]
Another day, another NFL player admitting they still have emotional ties to the team they rooted for when they were growing up. This time, it’s Arizona Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald.
Through the team’s official website, Fitzgerald admits he still roots for the Minnesota Vikings when they aren’t playing against his own team and even has friends on the team.

Fans have been faced with some unsettling images of late. San Francisco 49ers fans have had to deal with their quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, wearing a Miami Dolphins hat. Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton admitted to being a die-hard Atlanta Falcons fan, and says he cheers for them whenever he isn't playing them.
What the ****? What are these guys talking about?...
