Like many other fans, players and people associated with the Arizona Cardinals organization, Larry Fitzgerald Sr. has seen enough. Arizona’s 58-0 loss at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday was one of the most embarrassing in team history. I’m not sure anything would have helped the Cardinals with the way their defense played, but their offense was unable to put a point on the board en route to a ninth-straight loss. As we mentioned before, Larry Fitzgerald is an amazing talent lost in a sea of incompetency. The star wideout has six catches for 67 yards and no scores in his last four games — that’s right, four games. The team’s most recent struggles inspired Fitzy’s old man to take them to task. Pathetic performance by Arizona Cardinals.38-0 Seahawks!8-5 Cardinals loss 9 straight can’t do anything right. They beat this team week 1! — Larry Fitzgerald Sr. (@FitzBeatSr) December 9, 2012 Definition of team quitting?9 losses n a row.9th loss 58-0!Injuries handling of offense wo...

  • I don't blame Larry's father. Vince Young can't help himself let alone the Cardinals! That's all we need is one more retread quarterback.
  • By now means am I a Cardinal fan, but when I watched this game it was so dishearting just to see a team give up. I truely believe the coach needs to go. If you cant get your men together even if it was just to get them inspired...it comes your leadership.....hands down. Look at your player Fritz....he is an exceptional player with lack of true leadership from his coach, players and most of all the owner.....Go Redskins....RG111...
  • It is terrible to watch games like Sun. Coach, players should be afraid to show face. Time to get new coaches. Some of the players are wasting time playing for Whiny. He has had enough time trying to coace this team. Some good players. "whats the holdup" Bidwell
  • Put the blame where it belongs....on the fans. The Cardinals have been a disgrace to the State of Arizona since they arrived, and yet all you hear from the fans is "just wait until next season". No team in the NFL can play so badly and still fill the stadium year after year like the Cardinals. The Bidwell's knew this when they moved the team from St. Louis. They knew we still have a hayseed mentality and the average Cardinal fan is as dumb as a post. Why should the owners act any differently? As far as they are concerned $$$$$$$ this is the most successful franchise in NFL history. What other Franchise can make so much money and deliver so little? Oh wait! That other pro sports team that has never won an NBA title and disappoints it's fans year after year. THE PHOENIX SUNS. I think I see a pattern here.
  • u my friend are dumb as a post. Youre blaming the fans for supporting these nincompoops. It is to bad that the Cards ended up here but thats all we have, if anything the fans should be commended as suppoting these guys has to be so hard. It would be easy to be a Patriot fan or Steeler fan (insert any winner here) but you gotta be tuff to endure this crap. I for one salute card fans, we still have pro football because of you.
  • you are dumb.....blames the fans! we have season tickets and are buying them again next year... we like footboll period...we are not giving up when they are down....good football. good drinking... good time,... we need to host the teams that visit..."blame the fans" geezz... you big dummy!!!

Larry Fitzgerald Sr: Cardinals have quit

Larry Fitzgerald Sr isn’t happy with his sons Cardinals (Benny Sieu-US PRESSWIRE) Cardinals fans were quite disappointed with the beating of their team in Seattle. They were dead on all aspects. No defense, no offense and no heart. They looked nothing like the team that was once 4-0, and they’ve lost their last nine games. A streak that the franchise hasn’t matched since 1944...

Larry Fitzgerald Sr. reminisces over son’s bad high school team; Cardinals remind the rest of us of over matched 16 year-olds, too

I’ll spare you a regurgitation of just how bad the Arizona Cardinals were yesterday, you’ve seen it by now, and if you haven’t the box score pretty much tells the story. It was ugly. It was hard to watch. Imagine having to play it. You could see the dejected looks on players faces as the game drug on. Larry Fitzgerald was one such player and it has his father reminiscing about...

Vince Young Tweets to Larry Fitzgerald Asking for Job, Says ‘You Know I Can Help Tell Coach’

Poor Larry Fitzgerald. The Cardinals’ star wide receiver has had to deal with poor quarterback play ever since Kurt Warner retired, and now he’s got Vince Young hassling him over social media. The Cardinals have gone from Kevin Kolb to John Skelton, back to Kolb, back to Skelton, to Ryan Lindley, back to Skelton and now back to Lindley this season at quarterback. Forgive us if...

Vince Young tweets Larry Fitzgerald for a quarterback job with the Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals started off the season with a cool 4-0 start.  Ever since, they have dropped nine straight games.  In their most recent routing, they lost in embarrassing fashion to the Seattle Seahawks with a final score of 58-0.  That is not a typo.  The Cardinals scored zero points while the Seahawks pounced on them with 58.  During the game, quarterback Vince Young...

Vince Young goes job hunting on Twitter, reaches out to Larry Fitzgerald and the Cards

I’m not sure what’s more pathetic—the Cardinals quarterback situation, their 58-0 loss at the hands of the Seahawks, or Vince Young using Twitter to ask Arizona receiver Larry Fitzgerald to help him land a job with the Cards.  Probably the last one, because it’s apparent that Young hasn’t got an ounce of pride left in him. Look, it’s not like Young couldn’t help—anything...

Are You There Larry? It’s Me, Vince.

It’s no secret that the Arizona Cardinals need a solid starting quarterback. After watching today’s drubbing at the hands of the Seahawks, former Titans/Eagles/Bills quarterback Vince Young took to Twitter to see if he could find some work.
