The Las Vegas Raiders' 2024 offense has a chance to be very special. Of course, there is also the chance that it will be very bad like it was last year because there is always a chance of that when you have an unproven offensive coordinator and two average quarterbacks who will be in a battle for the starting position.
As for their quarterbacks, the Raiders have done a great job of putting weapons around them to limit the errors.
They will give their two quarterbacks, Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew, a plethora of weapons around them. Whoever wins the starting job will now have a much easier job with the likes of Bowers, Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, Tre Tucker, Michael Mayer, Zamir White, and Alexander Mattison on the field with them. Bowers, though, has the potential to become the best tight end in the league.

Last Friday, the Raiders started rookie minicamp. Now, they are right back at some offseason work. The Raiders Twitter account posted a pretty cool video of their weapons and receivers doing some drills, and of course, all of them made some impressive plays.
The Raiders are already showing off their weapons. If all goes well, we could see some of the stuff they were doing in that video on a weekly basis.
