Free agent running back Laurence Maroney has been acquitted on a charge of misdemeanor marijuana possession. A judge in St. Louis found Maroney not guilty without Maroney even having to put on a defense after his attorney requested a directed verdict. Maroney was initially arrested on weapons charges in January, but prosecutors later dropped those charges…
