Fox Sports Arizona:
With their quarterback situation squared away, the Cardinals began the process of filling some of the other holes on their roster prior to heading north on Friday evening for the opening of training camp in Flagstaff.
The Cardinals signed five unrestricted free agents who played elsewhere in 2010 in addition to re-signing 10 free agents from their 2010 roster (eight unrestricted and two restricted) and five of their eight 2011 draft choices. The signees include potential starters at three offensive line positions (center Lyle Sendlein, guard Daryn Colledge, tackle Brandon Keith); linebacker (Stewart Bradley); tight end (Jeff King, Carolina); wide receiver (Early Doucet)l and punter (Ben Graham).
The five newcomers are linebacker Bradley from Philadelphia, guard Colledge from Green Bay, tight end King from Carolina, defensive end Nick Eason from Pittsburgh and wide receiver Chansi Stuckey from Cleveland.
Bradley got a five-year deal, Colledge four, King three and Eason and Stuckey two apiece.
The 10 returning free agents include starting center Sendlein, wide receiver Doucet, tackle Keith and punter Graham.
Bradley (6-4, 258) will get first crack at replacing Gerald Hayes at linebacker. He spent the last four years with the Eagles but missed all of the 2009 season with a knee injury. He had a career-best 151 tackles in 2008.
Colledge (6-4, 308) was a five-year starter for the Packers and will replace Allen Faneca at left guard.
King (6-3, 260) is a five-year veteran and four-year starter for the Panthers who will compete for a starting job at tight end. He caught 16 passes for 121 yards last year.
Stuckey (6-0, 196) is a possession receiver who will help fill the void left when Steve Breaston signed with Kansas City. He is a three-year veteran who spent the last two seasons with Cleveland. He started five games in 2010, catching 40 passes for 346 yards.
Eason (6-3, 305) is a nine-yar veteran who spent the past four years in Pittsburgh after three seasons with Cleveland and one with Denver. He'll provide depth on the defensive line.
Doucet, along with second-year player Andre Roberts and Stuckey, will be among those expected to help mitigate the loss of Breaston. He and Keith signed one-year qualifying offers.
Sendlein was signed to a five-year deal. A native of Scottsdale who originally signed with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent, he has made 54 consecutive starts and was named a team captain in 2010.
Graham, who got a two-year deal, will be back for his fourth season as the Cardinals punter. He averaged 43.4 yards per kick last year.
The other returning free agents are cornerback Michael Adams (two years), fullback Reagan Maui'a (two), tight end Stephen Spach (one), safety Hamza Abdullah (one), tackle D'Anthony Batiste (one) and center Ben Claxton (one).
Fourth-round draft pick Sam Acho, a linebacker out of Texas; fifth-round pick Anthony Sherman, fullback, Connecticut; sixth-round picks Quan Sturdivant, linebacker, North Carolina, and David Carter, defensive tackle, UCLA; and seventh-round pick DeMarco Sampson, wide receiver, San Diego State; all signed four-year contracts. The team's top three draft picks remain unsigned: Cornerback Patrick Peterson, running back Ryan Williams and tight end Rob Housler.
