RENTON -- Seahawks linebacker David Hawthorne returned to practice Saturday after sitting out the past two workouts, and is expected to play Monday against the Rams."I get better every day," Hawthorne said after practice.Hawthorne suffered a knee injury during training camp, which kept him out a couple of weeks, but the soreness has lingered throughout the season.It worsened a few weeks ago after he was hit on his knee during Seattle's game against Washington.He was limited in practice before Seattle's game against Philadelphia to the point he was a game-time decision. He sat out the first two days of practice this week before returning to the field Saturday."With my situation, time is key," Hawthorne said. "And the more time I can get off and let my body heal is always a positive."Hawthorne led the team in tackles each of the past two years.
