MVN:
This is a good sign of the influence of Rex Ryan. I think that this is a coach who makes his players want to play for him. He keeps things what they are supposed to be at the end of the day...FUN! It is a sport or game after all and while we all get caught up in the success aspect, it's pretty hard to be successful if you are not enjoying what you do.
I have said it enough and I'll say it again. Leon Washington is a vital piece of the team on both offense and special teams. His breakaway speed and field vision make him a game changing player everytime he touches the ball. While a RB holding out of camp is a lot less damaging than a QB holding out, it is still crucial for him to be there and getting the time with Clemens and Sanchez in drills.
Washington was limited in the morning drills and will also be limited in the afternoon drills. He had to pass the teams' conditioning test this morning, which he did. Coach Ryan joked, "That's like a day's workout right there!".
