The Detroit Lions continued beefing up their linebacking corps Sunday, signing Stephen Tulloch to a one-year deal worth $3.25 million.Tulloch, who had spent his entire career with the Tennessee Titans, was one of the top middle linebackers in the NFL last season. The 26-year-old had 111 solo tackles, good for second in the league.He added a sack and an interception.Tulloch was a fourth-round pick of the Titans in 2006. The North Carolina State grad has appeared in all 80 games since making his debut.
