Punter Nick Harris has re-joined the Lions after the team placed Ben Graham on injured reserve with a calf injury. Harris spent eight seasons with Detroit from 2003-11 and was with the Jaguars last season. Harris was released by Jacksonville after the Jaguars drafted Pat Angerer in April, signed with Carolina and then was beaten out for the job by rookie Brad Nortman during the preseason. A 12th-year veteran, Harris averaged 42.7 gross yards in 11 games last season and 37.9 net with 13 punts downed inside the 20-yard line. He has a career gross average of 42.5 yards and net of 35.7.
