After cleaning house to start the week the Lions made a depth move Wednesday by signing journeyman corner Domonique Johnson according to DetroitLions.com.
Johnson entered the League as an undrafted free agent out of Jackson State spending time with the Denver Broncos, New York Giant, Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, Washington Redskins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Prior to his release this week, Johnson spent last season with the Washington Redskins recording eight tackles in seven games. He was eventually placed on injured reserve after spraining a ligament in his knee during the final game of the regular season against Dallas.
