Lito Sheppard just cannot stay healthy. Lito has consistently been injured the last three years. After the first game of the season, Lito has been affected by the injury bug once again. This time Lito sprained the MCL in his knee.

  • Hopefully, he'll be back to health for the tougher part of the schedule. Never like to see injuries, but this doesn't seem to be as serious as I originally feared.

  • I hope he's not out for a long time. He is one of my favorites and I would like him to get the ball and run it for another 102yrds . I missed his interception in the preseason because I couldn't get it in my area. I don't like injuries either.
