The Dolphins open a three-day rookie minicamp Friday but it is interesting to me that rather than two-a-days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the Dolphins are working only once Friday and once Sunday.Saturday will be the only day the rooks go through two workouts. Friday and Sunday offer only single practices.Don Shula (pictured) typically worked the rookies twice a day all three days so they could get their vomitting out of the way early. But what did he know; he only won 347 games.I will be blogging live Friday starting promptly at 2 p.m. so join me then.
