Jake Locker's injured left shoulder likely will keep the Tennessee Titans quarterback from playing Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings and there's a possibility he could miss several games. Locker suffered a separated non-throwing shoulder in Sunday's loss to the Houston Texans. Coach Mike Munchak said an MRI on Monday showed no structural damage, The Tennessean reported. Locker's shoulder has popped out before and he was able to continue playing. He was injured in the season opening against the New England Patriots while making a tackle but didn't miss a start. "It surprised a lot of us how quickly and how good he felt within 48 hours or 72 hours of that injury last time," Munchak told The Tennessean. "I hope he is that way so we can make the decision on what's best for him and the team at that point. "If we don't feel he can function or play, obviously he won't play." Locker has worn a harness since he injured the shoulder the first time. "It is just a matter of trying not to predict anything and just wait and see how he is," Munchak said. "We'll take it day by day." If Locker can't go, Matt Hasselbeck would get the start. He replaced Locker on Sunday and completed 17 of 25 passes for 193 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
