Chad Clifton confirmed this afternoon what coach Mike McCarthy said early -- that the veteran left tackle's latest ankle injury isn't as bad as the one that sidelined him last month."The big point is it’s not as worse as the first time," Clifton said, "and actually, today, it feels much, much better (than it did on Sunday. So, it’s good news."Clifton, who originally hurt the ankle Sept. 20 against Cincinnati, reinjured it in the third quarter of Sunday's win over Detroit. Television replays appeared to show Clifton tell trainers he heard a pop, but Clifton said today he just rolled the ankle.Asked what the odds are he can be ready to play Sunday at Cleveland, Clifton said, "I can’t put a percentage on it.
