Tight end Chris Cooley underwent surgery Wednesday to repair his fractured left index finger, and up next for the Washington Redskins behind tight end Fred Davis is second-year pro Logan Paulsen. Signed as an undrafted free agent out of UCLA in 2010, Paulsen recorded two catches for 10 yards and a touchdown last season.
