According to Tarik El-Bashir of Comcast SportsNet Washington, Redskins OC Kyle Shanahan said Logan Paulsen will be the No. 1 tight end with Fred Davis out.Fantasy Spin:Fred Davis tore his Achilles' tendon in Sunday's game and Paulsen got the majority of the work after that. The Redskins brought back Chris Cooley but it's clear they don't expect much from the veteran besides serving as depth. David wasn't much of a fantasy option before he got hurt and Paulsen likely won't be either.
