Today will be the last practice of the week for the Giants as they head into their bye week. They will not hit the practice field again until Monday. Today is also the NFL trading deadline. The Giants don’t figure to be very active unless they plan on parting with draft picks, which is not a common practice for them. The last trade if any note by the Giants was last September when they traded picks for QB Sage Rosenfels and WR Darius Reynaud. The move can now be considered a bust. Neither player is still with the club. P There are some moves being made around the league. Denver traded WR Brandon Lloyd to the Rams yesterday and the Raiders appear to be on the verge of landing QB Carson Palmer. If the Giants do make a move, many would not be surprised if it were for a DT or LB, but their does not seem to be a lot of value available around the league right now…
