Over 80,000 fans descended upon M&T Bank Stadium to honor their returning Super Bowl champs, so many folks that thousands had to be turned away from the organized event [owner Steve Bisciotti said he'd only expected and planned for 30,000 to attend on a cold grey February day]. No worries---the excess stadium crowd just moved to the streets of Baltimore to join about 50,000 other fans who lined the Inner Harbor thoroughfare for the Ravens to follow the team cavalcade as it rolled on by.                     Let the good times roll in Baltimore... meanwhile, I finally had a chance to look at the comparative stats from the actual game. What stands out is how terrific Joe Flacco performed, not just in the early going but also later under situational pressure. For example, on third-and-1 from Baltimore's 45-yard line with less than eight minutes to play, Flacco called an audible for a pass play to Anquan Boldin that was beyond risky. Boldin made the catch, as he had throughout the game. The Ravens got a field goal out of the drive to turn a two-point game into a 34-29 lead with a little more than four minutes to play. Flacco finished 22-of-33 for 287 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions for a passer rating of 124.2. Flacco-to-Boldin A Winning Combo Joe Flacco completed 7 of 10 third-down passes for 158 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday and was 4 of 4 with a TD targeting Anquan Boldin. Boldin entered the game with just one third-down TD reception in 105 career third-down targets with the Ravens. He caught five of the seven passes thrown his way prior to that. Crabtree did not catch any of his three end-zone targets on Sunday after being targeted only six times in his first 18 games.
