Andy Reid made Kolb look like a real QB Juan…
Nick Foles has climbed the Eagles depth chart and looks like the #2 over incumbent Mike Kafka. In his preseason Foles has completed 24/38 passes for 361 yards, 4 touchdowns, and an interception. He has shown great pocket presence and arm strength as he fit some tough throws into tight windows.
We all know that Vick is prone to getting nicked up and missing time. In less than 10 drop backs this preseason, he has been knocked out of 2 games. If Andy Reid can make Kevin Kolb and AJ Feeley fantasy worthy, then he can make Nick Foles too. The word guru is thrown around a lot, but in his case, Reid is a true QB guru. Foles is a guy to keep on eye on for waiver wire potential in redraft leagues and a guy in dynasty that could have some value in the upcoming years. S/O to @sbnation for the GIF.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear that Philadelphia Eagles QB Nick Foles was already a five-time pro-bowler and Super Bowl MVP.
Fortunately, I know that he’s just a rookie who has attempted a mere 38 passes in two preseason games during his 15 day career as an Eagle.
But wow, what a 38 pass attempts it has been!
He has completed 24...
Nick Foles will start Friday’s preseason game for the Philadelphia Eagles, filling in for Michael Vick. While Vick appears to be fine, the Eagles simply don’t want to risk any further injury in the final two preseason games.
On Friday, the Eagles will fave the Browns, who have allowed just 329 through the air and have picked off five passes through two games, so this may actually...

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles faced an NFL first defense for the first time in his career on Monday night and if he was nervous about it he certainly didn’t let on.
In the 27-10 victory by the Eagles over the Browns, Foles finished the first half 12/19 for 146 yards with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception for a 99.9 passer rating. At...
Michael Vick is the starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. Let’s just get that one out of the way right now.

No. 7 has earned that role with stellar, dependable play no one could have expected when the Eagles signed him in 2009.
However, as his inability to stay on the field has been displayed in each of the Eagles’ preseason...
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Mike Vick may be nursing sore ribs and have only taken twelve snaps this preseason, but that won’t prevent him from being the team’s starter in Week 1 against the Browns.
After an x-ray revealed no fracture, a CT scan and MRI results also showed no long-term damage to Vick’s ribs. According to head coach Andy Reid on Wednesday,
Vick has bruised...
I discovered a new blog called "The Monday Night Spotter"... it promises to review every MNF game this season through the eyes and mind of a former professional "Spotter" for ESPN. Who and what is a "Spotter" ?
Well…in the world of television, it basically amounts to an extra set of eyes and ears that serve to fill in the blanks of a broadcast...
Kevin Kolb didn’t wow anyone Thursday night against the Titans, but he was better than John Skelton.
Eagles coach Andy Reid says there's no question Michael Vick will be ready to play the season opener despite injuring his ribs again.
Vick won't practice Wednesday after bruising his ribs and the soft tissue surrounding it during Philadelphia's win at New England on Monday. The three-time Pro Bowl quarterback hasn't been ruled out of Friday night's preseason...
Thursdays game in Tennessee was supposed to be a coronation for Cardinals quarterback John Skelton. He had played less poorly than Kevin Kolb through three preseason games, earning him the lesser-of-two-evils tag in this infamous and inglorious race for the starting role.
But the sad reality of Arizonas quarterback competition is that with one touchdown drive, you can regain the...
Even though the Eagles came out with a 27-17 win Monday night against the New England Patriots, the first-team offense continued to struggle with Michael Vick at the helm. However, they improved when Nick Foles, the Eagles’ third-round pick in the 2012 Draft, came in to relieve him. The first-team defense, though, riddled with penalties, continued to struggle against a Patriots’...
For the first time in a long time, there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of buzz surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles heading into the 2012 NFL season. The entirety of the offseason talk around this team has centered around Michael Vick’s overblown “dynasty” comment and the heart-sick death of Andy Reid’s son, Garrett.
