According to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com, free agent safety Madieu Williams has agreed to sign with the Washington Redskins. Williams has been contemplating over the past couple of days whether or not he wanted to sign with the Redskins or Atlanta Falcons. Williams is from Maryland and attended the University of Maryland, so signing with the Redskins is essentially a homecoming for him. This past season, the 30 year-old Williams was a back up for the 49ers and only recorded nine tackles. Williams should be a nice acquisition for the Redskins, with the loss of LaRon Landry in free agency.

Top Ten Tweets From People Who Never Heard Of KSK Kontent Klearinghouse

- I wondered yesterday whether Redskins fans would ever express their RGIII loinfire away from the tidy confines of their obnoxious vanity license plates. The answer came but hours later, when a guy attending Monday Night Raw held aloft a giant RGIII head. Then Jim Irsay came out and said he was drafting RGIII for Team Smackdown, then Brock Lesnar ran out to deliver the F5 on him...
