Found November 16, 2012 on Gridiron Experts:
A little over a year ago Peyton Manning was sitting on the sidelines still in Indianapolis Colt attempting to recover from painful neck surgery. Manning did his best to give advice to back-up quarterback Curtis Painter, who in all respect is probably a painter at this point in time considering we all know how well he was able to lead the disastrous Indy squad last year. At the same time, Andrew Luck was still a young college quarterback playing for Stanford University with the hopes and dreams of being an NFL prospect lying on his shoulders. Fast forward to today and who could have fathomed where these two dynamic signal callers would have ended up? Manning is now chucking pigskins in the Mile High City while Luck was selected 1st overall in the NFL draft to none other than Manning’s former Indy squad. Now, 10 weeks into the 2012 season, both quarterbacks have led their team’s to a 6-3 record. This begs to question which quarterback would you rather have leading your team? The wiry ...

Poll: Do you still hate the Colts?

I don't.To me, the Patriots-Colts rivalry died with Peyton Manning's 1000th neck surgery. The whole rivalry was always more of a Brady vs Manning thing anyway. There was always the debate of who is better and the games seemed to be ways to find out, for some reason.I'm not sure how Colts fans feel, but honestly I don't give a crap about their team anymore. I actually...

Another great divisional match up for football fans features an AFC West show down in San Diego, where the (4-5) Chargers welcome Peyton Manning and the division leading (6-3) Broncos to town. Patriots Defense Actually Outperforming Expectations When Taking Closer Look at Statistics (Video)

Phil Simms Says Eli Manning, Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Dan Fouts Are Not Elite Quarterbacks

The word “elite” get thrown around in football a lot, but no one really knows what it refers to. Does it mean that player is currently Top 5 among their position? Does it mean they’re Top 10 at their position all time? Or does it mean that they’re a future hall of famer? To Phil Simms, it may be an even higher honor. Simms created some controversy on Monday when he said that...

It’s Hard to Hate the Colts this Season

In my early years of being an NFL fan, one of the things that was a constant part of life was hating the Indianapolis Colts. The only reason I did so was because I was a New England Patriots fan and they were the biggest obstacle to my team being the best. Having started to follow the NFL (& Patriots) in the 2000 season and really beginning to pay attention in 2002; that was...
