Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie confirmed on Sunday that both fullback Marcel Reece and safety Tyvon Branch have yet to sign their tenders, according to Paul Gutierrez of CSNCalifornia.com. Reece was tagged as an unrestricted free agent and can’t participate in offseason activities until he signs on the dotted line.  The same goes for Branch except he was tendered as the Raiders franchise player. So as of right now, both Reece and Branch remain in limbo without any official contract with the Raiders.
