Marquand Manuel -- a former Seahawks safety -- is among the four additions to the coaching staff announced by the team Tuesday.He becomes the assistant special teams coach, taking the spot that was filled by Jeff Ulbrich the past two years. Ulbrich went to UCLA, joining Jim Mora's coaching staff.Manuel played two seasons for the Seahawks, starting most of the 2005 season as he took Ken Hamlin's spot after Hamlin suffered a head injury outside a Seattle nightclub.
