Saints receiver Marques Colston dominated against the Chargers on Sunday night, notching his second straight nine-catch game and snagging three touchdowns.Fantasy Spin:Colston scored for the first time this season last week and he added three more to go along with 131 yards. The receiver's knee didn't appear to be much of a problem. Colston has 18 catches for 284 yards and four TDs in his last two games and should continue to post solid fantasy lines with Jimmy Graham dealing with an ankle injury.

Drew Brees breaks Johnny Unitas record for touchdown passes in consecutive games (Video)

A couple of years ago, many NFL analysts and historians believed Johnny Unitas record of 47 straight games with a touchdown pass would never be broken. That was until tonight as New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw a touchdown pass to wide receiver Devery Henderson for his 48th consecutive game breaking Johnny U's legendary record: This isn't the only NFL passing...

NFL Week 5 – Things That Caught My Eye

Who Dat In The Record Books (again)??!! I think this column HAS to start with the New Orleans Saints. Drew Brees went into this game hoping to guide his team to their first W and hoping to break a 52 year old record, a record that my dad used to tell me was unbreakable but I’ll get that in a minute. I’ll give a slow clap to the Commish for allowing a number of currently suspended...

Saints 31, Chargers 24

NEW ORLEANS -- For New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, the first four losses of the season had been an unmitigated disaster. But at least for one night, the future Hall of Famer was once again on top of the NFL world. Chasing Johnny Unitas and NFL history, Brees threw four touchdown passes, three to Marques Colston, in the Saints' 31-24 comeback victory over the San...

Saints Nation: Defensive and Special Teams Player Grades vs. Chargers

This defense is bad. There is no way around this fact. One thing I did notice about this game, though, was the extraordinary amount of blitzing Steve Spagunolo dialed up. It worked. Sure the DB's got beat numerous times when put out on an island in man coverage, but guess what? This defense is going to give up huge chunks of yards either way. So you might as well get pressure...
