Martellus Bennett enjoys playing for the Giants far more than he enjoyed playing for the Cowboys. We are a mere six games into his first season with New York, and the tight end has already made that quite clear. Bennett spent four seasons with Dallas, but he says he has already established a better relationship with Eli Manning than he ever had with Tony Romo. More specifically, he no longer has to be the second girlfriend.
“Me and Eli are a lot closer than I was with Romo,” Bennett told Jim Rome on CBS Sports Network according to the Dallas Morning News. “I think Romo is a great quarterback. And I think he’s done some great things for the Cowboys. But I just think his relationship with Witten is one of those special things they were able to build.
“Being here, I’ve just been trying to build the same thing with Eli. And I think I’ve had the chance to build and grow into that role instead of being the guy that’s going to be second hand in the relationship. It’s kind of like somebody ...

Giants rookie running back David Wilson believes that one day, he'll be in the Hall of Fame. He also likened himself to birth control in an interesting analogy.
New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw may have
suffered a setback to his surgically repaired feet as he was held out of
practice Wednesday. The Giants didn’t specify which foot is injured, but he’s

The New York Giants have activated defensive tackle Chris Canty from the PUP list and have placed running back Da’Rel Scott on season ending injured reserve after undergoing knee surgery.Canty had a nice week of practice and the Giants clearly feel like he’s ready to get back on the field. I wouldn’t expect him to get a full work load since this will be his first game of the season.
New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul must feel pretty good about himself after he broke out of his funk and terrorized the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
He must also feel good about his chances of putting some heat on the Washington Redskins Robert Griffin III after watching teams such as the Atlanta Falcons lay multiple licks on him.
Today he said that he has some advice...

Barry Cofield began laying the groundwork to establish himself as one of the NFL's top defensive tackles.
Kevin Boothe got cut by Oakland the following year.

Ahmad Bradshaw was limited in practice this week and now is questionable for Sunday’s game. I would think he plays, but will not get even close to the workload he has the past 2 weeks when he has been a top play at RB.
Andre Brown has been cleared and is ready to go. David Wilson is gaining the confidence of the coaching staff and should also...
IRVING, Texas For the Dallas Cowboys, practice hasn't made perfect.
At least that's the impression given by quarterback Tony Romo in a media session Thursday at Valley Ranch.
Two things wounded the Cowboys in Sunday's 31-29 loss to the Ravens: clock management and penalties.
While being careful not to criticize teammates, Romo said the Cowboys work on both in practices...
The New York Giants secondary should know that Washington Redskins wide receiver Josh Morgan feels their pain.
Morgan can relate first-hand to the injuries that all four of New York's starters (cornerbacks Prince Amukamara and Corey Webster and safeties Antrel Rolle and Kenny Phillips) have battled through so far this season. Morgan told FOXSports.com that he himself is dealing...
Tony Romo isn't the type of quarterback to call out his teammates, even if he thought they did something incorrectly.
Following what was the final offensive play the Cowboys ran Sunday in Baltimore, wide receivers Kevin Ogletree and Miles Austin jogged back to the line of scrimmage despite a running clock, likely costing their team an extra play that could've improved the...
