As the Colts look to face Miami this week in Indianapolis, one of the primary matchups that may decide the result of the game will be the Dolphins' left defensive end Cameron Wake versus the Colts' right tackle Winston Justice.  Although Justice had a down game last week, allowing six hurries and one hit, he's had a very good year thus far in pass protection. Before the Week 8  pass protection debacle against Tennessee, Justice had just five hurries on the year, and no hits or sacks. While Justice has been very good this year, this week he faces an opponent unlike one he's faced this week: Cameron Wake.  Wake has been dominant this year, easily the most dominant pass rusher for the year. He easily has the highest amount of quarterback pressures in the league with 27 hurries, 11 hits, and 10 sacks after playing just seven games. The move to 4-3 defensive end has suited Wake, and it's shown up this year. ProFootballFocus has given Wake an overall grade of +30...

Indianapolis Colts slowly regaining their health

The Indianapolis Colts haven't only been adjusting to their overhauled 2012 staff and roster. Interim head coach Bruce Arians told the media today that he expects the Colts to be at full...

Dolphins expect Ryan Tannehill to play, but he’ll be a game time decision

The Miami Dolphins are very secretive about the health of their players.  Ryan Tannehill has practiced on a limited basis all week for the Dolphins, but Joe Philbin will not say for sure if Tannehill will play on Sunday.  The Dolphins officially listed Tannehill as questionable for the Dolphins big matchup with the Colts.  However, according to Armando Salguero, the Dolphins are...

Colts Prepared To Split Carries Between Donald Brown & Vick Ballard

Colts interim head coach Bruce Arians mentioned that he expects RB’s Donald Brown and Vick Ballard to play “equal amounts” during Week 9′s game against the Dolphins, per George Bremer. Brown returned from arthroscopic knee surgery last week and totaled 80 yards on 14 carries. He figures to be the first man up this weekend, but Ballard will be worked into the mix at some...

Dolphins bangwon filling up

There was once a time when the only time you heard the Miami Dolphins mentioned by the National Media was when they were being ridiculed or mocked. Well that time was not that long ago, in fact the Dolphins were hardly given any respect even this past offseason. Missing out on Jeff Fisher, and Peyton Manning many media members around the league laughed saying...

Key Matchups WK 8 - Dolphins.

After yet another close victory last weekend against the Titans, the Colts return home to welcome an equally surprising Dolphins team to Lucas Oil Stadium. The visit of Ryan Tannehill again pits Andrew Luck against a rookie counterpart, and (as is the case with Brandon Weeden) both quarterbacks have reason to lament the quality of receiver they're throwing to, so it should be...

Dolphins' Bush says if Jets don't like him, tough

The Miami Dolphins don't play the archrival New York Jets again this year, yet the barbs keep coming. Three days after the Dolphins' emotional 30-9 road win against the Jets, Miami running back Reggie Bush revisited his feud with cornerback Antonio Cromartie. Following a succession of verbal jabs last week between the teams, Bush gave Cromartie a vicious stiff-arm in the...

JDub's Fantasy Football Week 9 -- Wide Receiver

Reggie Wayne has gotten a lot of receptions but he hasn’t gotten very many touchdowns.  But it’s not something that you should worry about.  This week he is a must-start against the Dolphins defense, who are one of the worst in passing defense.  I’m even benching Victor Cruz in a fantasy league of mine so that I can start Wayne.  He had a 200-yard performance earlier...
