Free agent Matt Moore has informed the Dolphins that he plans to test the open market barring an “incredible offer” from Miami reports the Miami Herald. Moore again served as the Dolphins backup this season behind Ryan Tannehill. He did make 12 starts in 2011 when he recorded a 16:9 TD-to-INT ratio, 7.2 YPA, and 60.5 completion rate. There figures to be no shortage of teams who have interest in a backup the caliber of Moore.
