Let’s see how things shake out with the new pass catching arrangement, and, let’s not count on him posting 180 rushing yards against GB again. Matt Schaub represents an intriguing two QB start this week, with Hopkins returning to the lineup the upside is there. I, like most of you, spent a lot of time hemming and hawing over the Moreno/Ball/Hillman situation in Denver. Long term, I’m guessing we all believe in ball, but, for this week I don’t feel that any of the players rank as viable options. Until we see one player emerge from the pack, the committee approach will likely keep them all down. Keep an eye on the redzone work in Week 1, though. Daryl Richardson may see a season high in workload this week. The opponent is far from RB friendly but, with plenty of opportunities he’s worth a start in twelve team leagues. Don’t take the Arian Foster ranking as a major slight, I’m just wary of his workload after missing the preseason. Demaryius Thomas is a player who I’d like to be higher on heading into tonight’s game, but, recent history suggests I should probably be lower. I gave all Colts’ receivers a bump after further consideration of the situation in Oakland. It wold be shocking to see the Raiders mount a great night on offense and the Fantasy D against WRs was middle of the pack last year… before they lost half their talent. At 6/7/8/ TE I’ve got three players bundled together who really didn’t show us much in 2012. However, Finley played well enough against the 49ers last year and should figure into the Packers’ plans; Cameron is coming off an outstanding preseason and will pick up some targets with Gordon out; and Sudfeld figures to see a fair bit of work for New England this week and moving forward.
