In his limited time with the Ravens, rookie defensive end Michael McAdoo demonstrated what he can do. McAdoo sacked and stripped Atlanta Falcons quarterback John Parker Wilson late in the fourth quarter, forcing a turnover that would lead to the Ravens’ final touchdown in a 21-7 victory on Thursday night. It was McAdoo’s first appearance in a game this preseason as he had signed with the club a day after not being selected in the supplemental draft on Aug. 22. “I know that I came in with a short period of time and I’ve had to prove myself over the last week,” he said. “But catching up with the plays and catching up with the environment here, I feel like I gained 100 percent.
