Found September 21, 2012 on Fox Sports:
Titans middle linebacker Colin McCarthy will be out against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, his second consecutive start missed since hurting his right ankle. McCarthy hurt his ankle in the opener against the New England Patriots and has not practiced or played since. Coach Mike Munchak says Friday he hopes the defensive captain can return next week. Offensive tackle Mike Otto is the only other Tennessee player who sat out practice Friday due to soreness in his right knee following arthroscopic surgery. He is questionable against the Detroit Lions. Linebacker Zach Brown (knee), right guard Leroy Harris (right knee) and defensive tackle Mike Martin (foot) are probable for Sunday. Running back Javon Ringer (elbow) and defensive tackle Sen'Derrick Marks (knee) are questionable. --- Online: http://pro32.ap.org/poll and http://twitter.com/AP-NFL

Titans say Kenny Britt, Nate Washington will not be on a snap count this week, Colin McCarthy out

The Titans have had a less than optimal start to their season as they are currently one of just six 0-2 teams left in the NFL. They haven’t been competitive in either of their first 2 games and possess the league’s worst point differential at -49. However, they’ve had a very tough schedule early in the season and things are looking up, especially in the passing game. 1st time...

Titans take on Detroit: Week 3 questions arise

If you are a Titans fan, you have not had much to cheer about in the first two weeks of the 2012 Tennessee Titan regular season watching your team go 0-2 to start the season.  In all fairness no one picked the Titans to beat the New England Patriots, but there was a glimmer of hope to win in San Diego against the Chargers.  Certainly the Music City faithful expected a better showing...

Chris Johnson: Is it CJ2slow now for the Titans?

Once known as CJ2k, Chris Johnson is quickly falling to the depths in the rankings as running back. All we hear in return, for being fans and buying tickets, is that he will be fine and everyone needs to step up. Is this really the excuse that we must endure? All you hear, from the Titans organization as a whole, is that “the problem is a little bit of everyone and that they will...

Chris Johnson is not to blame for Titans’ rushing woes, according to Chris Johnson

After his opening week performance of 4 yards on 11 carries, Chris Johnson was able to at least keep his sense of humor. But after Week 2’s performance of 17 yards on 8 carries, Titans fans are looking for someone to blame. And though, most believe that Johnson should be shoulder some of the blame, Johnson does not. Which shouldn’t be too much of a surprise since he’s already...

Johnson: Blame everyone for woes

Chris Johnson doesn't believe he is solely to blame for the Tennessee Titans' rushing woes. Johnson, a former 2,000-yard rusher, heads into Sunday's game with the Detroit Lions having gained only 21 yards on 19 carries. ''Even when I went for 2,000, I didn't think I was perfect, but I wouldn't sit here and say I'm to blame,'' Johnson said...

Tennessee Titans News: RB Chris Johnson continues to deflect blame for running woes

After rushing for over 2,000 yards in the 2009 season, Tennessee Titans RB Chris Johnson declared himself as the best back in the NFL and predicted that he would top the 2,500 yard mark in 2010. He hasn’t topped 2,500 yards in his last 34 games combined. Johnson, who was all about “Show me the money” after breaking the 2,000 yard plateau, hasn’t been the same since receiving...

Detroit Lions at Tennessee Titans NFL Week 3 Preview

http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/tag/_/name/frank-wycheck Chris Johnson has 21 yards on 19 carries for the season and it ranks as arguably  the biggest bewilderment’s of the season. Shocking to say the least, CJ2K was selected as a mid-late first round draft pick regardless of whether or not you are in a PPR league. Many feel they should Johnson in for a bag of golf balls,...

Detroit Lions At Tennessee Titans Game Preview

For the Detroit Lions, in a need of a game to get right, and the Tennessee Titans, in need of a strong showing before they lose control of their season, Sunday’s game has a lot of importance. The Lions do not want to be 1-2, and the Titans definitely do not want to be 0-3. However, while this looks like a game the Lions can dominate they cannot afford to play down to their competition...

Detroit Lions at Tennessee Titans: Week 3 NFL Pick

Detroit Lions (1-1) at Tennessee Titans (0-2) Before the season, I identified 5 overrated and 5 underrated teams, with the idea of betting on them (or against them) until they proved me wrong or the odds makers caught up. This served me well as I’m 10-4 this year on games involving those 10 teams (and one of those losses is because I abandoned shipped on the Bills after week 1...
