Heavy.com The last couple weeks have been some crazy ones for the wide world of sports. It seemed like thanks to Lance Armstrong and Manti Te'o anyone and everyone that had some kind of gripe or dirt they wanted to air decided to do so all at once. Lots of them didn't make sense. They happened so long ago you couldn't help but wonder why in the world were they becoming news now? For example, take the Dan Marino Love Child Scandal. In case you missed it during the week prior to the Big Game, former Miami Dolphins great and long time commentator for CBS Dan Marino was discovered to have fathered a child with a former CBS employee, Donna Savattere. To make the long story short, the affair happened back in 2004 with the baby--Chloe--being born in 2005. Dan had Donna move to Texas and paid her off with a pretty sum of money to keep the whole thing secret. It has been reported that he paid her millions, but exactly how much is not known. So why now? How come this is news so many years after the fact? How did it get discovered anyway? Did the Bank of Marino dry up? As it turns out, the lovely Donna met and married a gentleman by the name of Nahill Younis in 2009. Donna wanted her daughter to have his name so when she petitioned to have it changed young Chloe's baby daddy became public knowledge. Darn legal system. Apparently the whole affair was not news to Dan's wife whom he has been married to for 30 years now so folks expecting to see a whole lot of drama here might be sorely disappointed.

SNL spoofs CBS Super Bowl blackout coverage

Even though we were almost a full week removed from the Super Bowl, Saturday Night Live could not let the blackout (and CBS's coverage) go unspoofed. It is a mix of trying to mask his own panic while trying to keep everyone else'...

SNL makes fun of the Super Bowl Blackout
