The Miami Dolphins will play at the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Scheduled for a 4:05 p.m. EST (1:05 p.m. PST) kickoff the game can be seen on CBS. So whats the spread in the Dolphins and 49ers game? The 49ers are 10 point favorites against the Dolphins. The over/under for this game is set at 39. Colin Kaepernick will make his fourth straight start Sunday as the 49ers host the Miami Dolphins, whose playoff hopes have dimmed while dropping four of five. At 8-3-1 the 49ers remain in control of the NFC West. Two weeks ago everyone was on board with the 49ers playing Kaepernick over Alex Smith. After a costly turnover and a loss the the St. Louis Rams everyone is not so sure. Maybe it was all the talk about his tattoos? A strong performance by Kaepernick and the offense will quiet everyone for the week ahead.

49ers QB Colin Kaepernick Traded In Loyal Girlfriend For Big Booty Girl

A few weeks ago, San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick had a loyal girlfriend, who stuck by him as he was keeping the benches warm at Candlestick Park for Alex Smith .However, after becoming the starting quarterback for the team and leading them to a win, Kaepernick was put into the national spotlight and since then it appears that Kaepernick has traded his loyal girlfriend...

49ers move to 9-3-1 with win over Dolphins

The 49ers improved to 9-3-1 and still keep distance ahead of Seattle and the No.2 seed. However if the offense doesn’t get together and be more consistent, it will be hard to keep that No.2 spot, let alone win the West. Colin Kaepernick finished the day 18 of 23 for 183 and no touchdowns or interceptions. It was very Alexesque, that is until he scored a touchdown on a 50 yard run...

Kaepernick's TD run keys 49ers' victory

SAN FRANCISCO -- The San Francisco 49ers were clinging to a 20-13 lead late in the fourth quarter Sunday against Miami when they called a read-option run, a play quarterback Colin Kaepernick could run in his sleep. Kaepernick, who rushed for 4,112 yards and 59 touchdowns in college for Nevada, faked a handoff on third-and-five to running back Frank Gore, pulled the ball back and...

Miami Dolphins at San Francisco 49ers: Three Bold Predictions

Sunday afternoon in San Francisco the 8-3-1 San Francisco 49ers will be taking on the 5-7 Miami Dolphins.Though the records do not reflect it, this is really a pretty even match-up.Both of these teams boast stout rush defenses with the Niners ranking 3rd allowing 90.6 YPG, and the Dolphins ranking a respectable 8th allowing 97.7 YPG. This should make it hard for both teams to...

Week 14 AFC East game picks: Dolphins at 49ers

Lead writer Nick St. Denis and AFC East Daily contributors Dan Begnoche and Sean Donovan pick the Miami Dolphins' road battle with the NFC's San Francisco 49ers. Nick's take: Most of the talk surrounding anything 49ers involves quarterback Colin Kaepernick, but San Francisco has a lot going on defensively, too. Defensive end Aldon Smith leads the NFL with 17.5 sacks,...

NFL Week 14: Five Must Watch Games

Every week I complain about how high up that week number is getting and I’ll be no different with it this week. We’re only a month away from having the 2012 NFL playoffs set and there are some vicious seeding battles ensuing. Some are fighting just to get in, while the big boys are fighting to play in their own friendly confines. With that in mind, here are my five picks of the...

Gameday Deciding Factors: Dolphins at 49ers

Coming off a painful loss to a division rival, the Miami Dolphins (5-7) must travel cross-country to face one of the NFL's most complete teams in the San Francisco 49ers (8-3-1). Ryan Tannehill leads a struggling offense on the road against the league's No. 2 ranked defense, all while being without his best offensive lineman, Jake Long. Miami's defense faces the multidimensional...

Gore, Kaepernick lead 49ers past Dolphins 27-13

Frank Gore made his way through San Francisco's winning locker room and offered a public shoutout to linebacker and NFL sacks leader Aldon Smith. ''Couple more, baby! Couple more, baby!'' Gore hollered. Gore is taking charge on the 49ers offense, with Smith wreaking havoc on opposing quarterbacks for the defense. Gore ran for a 1-yard touchdown and reached...

Miami Dolphins at San Francisco 49ers: Week 14 NFL Pick

Miami Dolphins (5-7) at San Francisco 49ers (8-3) The 49ers lost to the Rams last week in St. Louis, which has gotten a lot of Alex Smith supporters saying “I told you so,” questioning Jim Harbaugh’s decision to bench Alex Smith for Colin Kaepernick. These people seem to be forgetting that Smith was losing to those same Rams at home when he got hurt and that he also lost to...

49ers 27, Dolphins 13

The 49ers improved to 9-3-1, while the Dolphins fell to 5-8, losing for the fifth time in their past six games. Frank Gore rushed for his 50th career touchdown...

San Francisco 49ers Handle Miami Dolphins: Five Things We Learned

The San Francisco 49ers used their smashmouth style of play, capitalized on Miami mistakes, and treated their fans to a 27-13 home victory in Candlestick Park. It was a close game through most of the first half, but in the second half the Niners pulled away. The dagger was a Colin Kaepernick 50 yard scamper up the sideline on a read option play that had the Dolphins completely fooled...
