That the Miami Dolphins fell for Alex Smith, when he used them to get more money and respect from the 49ers and their happy go lucky coach. The Miami Dolphins truly have nothing to swindle any teams with to move up in the draft and take the very best player available.  Gone is Brandon Marshall, who technically was gone after the last game if you believe that Jeff Ireland was talking to the Bears at the combine and the Senior Bowl.  Marshall ...

Miami Dolphins: Analyzing Their Low-Profile Free Agent Signings

The Dolphins have been busy recently with the signings of Gary Guyton, Legedu Naanee and Les Brown. The signings add some needed depth to the team, but there is some big time potential in there too. Gary Guyon, LOLB: Guyton, a former Patriot, will bring some nice needed depth to the linebacking corps. This is in no way a high profile signing (only 4.5 sacks in 32 starts, 60 games...

Miami Dolphins beef up roster with an accountant

The Miami Dolphins have pretty much struck out with every single major free agent they have attempted to sign. But they are at the top of the list when it comes to teams targeting accountants to play TE. The Dolphins signed Les Brown, a former Division II basketball player for Westminster College out in Utah. [...]

Wide receiver Legedu Naanee has agreed to a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fantasy Spin: Naanee reeled in a career best 44 receptions with Carolina last season, and will have a good chance to push for a role as a possession receiver behind Davone Bess and Brian Hartline. He wont be much of an upgrade for the Dolphins though after dealing...
