Trading from a position of strength, the Miami Dolphins have dealt a wide receiver who didn’t drop a single pass last season (Greg Camarillo) for an experienced nickel cornerback with South Florida roots (Benny Sapp). While Camarillo’s class, professionalism and precise route-running will be missed, it’s another indication Will Allen might not be back as soon as initially portrayed after his Aug. 12 arthroscopic surgery to clean out scar tissue in his left knee. Initial reports had Allen returning to practice within a week to 10 days after the recent procedure, but Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said Tuesday he had no timetable for the veteran cornerback’s return.
