The Dolphins have finally found their man. Now, let the talk of them bringing in their other man begin. Joe Philbin is the new coach. He brings instant credibility after his Green Packers teams put up video-game like numbers on offense for most of his five-year tenure. Philbin brings a solid offensive mind, but he has potential to provide even more. Philbin helped groom Packers backup quarterback Matt Flynn, who is expected to be one of the most coveted free agents this offseason. Although Flynn only played sparingly as Aaron Rodgers’ understudy, he’s produced when called upon. He had a big game against the Detroit Lions in the regular-season finale, and nearly beat the New England Patriots in a relief appearance last year.
