It’s understandable some people believe the future at quarterback for the Dolphins will be on their own sideline Sunday. Matt Moore, a revelation who went from untested backup to effective-enough starter, suggests he is improving with every snap, and given enough chances, he just might be the answer to Miami’s decade-long quarterback question.
