Miami Dolphins coach Joe Philbin completed his 21-person coaching staff with four hires Friday, and one mild surprise: The Dolphins will have anassistant quarterback coach (former Nebraska quarterback Zac Taylor) but will not have anyone with the title of quarterback coach.
