Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick did not pass the ImPACT test and is unlikely to play against the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday for the third consecutive game.
Eagles trainer Rick Burkholder told Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer that every player takes the ImPACT test in the summer with full cognitive function to set the baseline.. In order for the player to pass the test after a concussion he must reach that baseline.
