Found September 24, 2012 on Pro Football Zone:
During his Monday press conference, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid was asked about Michael Vick’s status as their starting quarterback. Reid certainly didn’t sound convinced that Vick is without a doubt the guy going forward. Reid ended up saying, “right now we’re with Michael. We’ll evaluate it as we go” With Reid’s job on the line, Vick has to be on a short leash. If Vick continues to struggle, don’t be surprised if he’s benched in favor of rookie Nick Foles, who looked very strong in the preseason.
  • Vick isn't a quarterback, he's a dogboy. Let him get back to what he does best----killing dogs !!!
  • STFU, with the racist comments. He did he time, leave him alone
  • Are you kidding? Most people would be serving 20+ years for what he did. He didn't "do his time." He is a piece of crap and his race has nothing to do with it.
  • Get rid of the offensive coordinator before getting rid of Vick.
Give Vick a game plan that provides a little balance and more protection.
I don't care who is on the offensive line, they are all professionals and if they can't do the job, they shouldn't be on the team. It's the coordinator's job to make sure they are prepared.
  • vick will be gone just like his buddy (Reid)
  • Vick will be gone just like his buddy (Reid)
  • How is this racist in any way. The guy used his famliy dog as bait in a dog fight. No amount of jail time can fix someone w/ no soul.

Eagles, Vick beaten up 27-6 by Cardinals

Michael Vick was knocked into Arizona's bench on his first play and flattened in the pocket later in the series. His day never got any better. Philadelphia Eagles Week 3 WTF and WTG Awards

Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles took a beating at the hands of Kevin Kolb and the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3, losing 27-6.  Vick was especially beat-up as he took numerous hits throughout the game, including 5 sacks. ESPN stats shows the Cardinals defense getting 13 “QB hits” but that can’t be right, the number must be much higher.  Vick easily took somewhere...

Eagles stick with Vick 'right now' but will evaluate

Eagles coach Andy Reid isn't benching Michael Vick, but he subtly put his starting quarterback on notice Monday. "Right now," Reid said. "We're going with Michael. We'll evaluate as we go." Reid has been here before, and his most recent history of quarterback changes might not make it easy for Vick to rest Monday evening. On Monday, Sept. 21...

It's time to believe in the Arizona Cardinals, this team is for real. With six seconds left in the first half, Michael Vick dropped back to attempt a throw into the end zone. The Eagles put on their worst performance in recent memory on Sunday afternoon when they got torn apart by the Arizona Cardinals.
