Eagles QB Michael Vick was cleared to return by an independent league neurologist, but the signal caller won’t suit up against the Bengals, per Reuben Frank.
Eagles HC Andy Reid noted that Nick Foles would be the starter for Philadelphia the rest of the way no matter what happened with Vick, so it’s likely just a precaution keeping out Vick.

Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy returned to practice Tuesday and could be active when the Philadelphia Eagles host Cincinnati on Thursday night.
Both players have been sidelined by concussions since November. Each still must be cleared by an independent neurologist and the team doctor before playing in a game.

Jeff McLane reports that both Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy have passed their concussion tests and are medically cleared to return to the practice field.
Vick is not expected to play in this week’s matchup against the Bengals, but he could be back on the field as early as tomorrow. The Eagles have said that they plan on keeping Nick Foles in place as their starter for the rest...
