Check this out: 12 TD, 10 INT, 11 FUM, 2,362 YDSThose are Michael Vick's disappointing stats, less than one year after he called his Eagles team a 'dynasty'.There is no doubt Vick is an incredible athlete, it just seems that 2012 was a mess for the entire Eagles organization, not just Vick.Though it's easy to place the blame of a under-acheiving season on one man, it was a team effort to only win four games on the year. From offensive line woes to the defense not being able to get off the field, the Eagles were nothing short of a disaster.Ex-head coach Andy Reid has already taken the blame for the season, and lost his job in doing so. Vick is the next obvious scapegoat, and it looks like there isn't a way that MV7 stays in Philadelphia.Or is there?Here are Michael Vick's top 5 most likely destinations for the 2013 season.

    The Eagles played in 19 playoff games since the year 2000 while the Cowboys played in 2 playoff games since the mid 90s. FYI :)

    I have never heard the organization call themselves the "greatest dynasty ever" and I watch almost all of the Eagles games and interviews.

    And I can promise you the local news doesn't say nice things about them right now either! :)
