Jason WhitneyCould Michael Vick be wearing a Buffalo Bills jersey next year? Michael Vick may be heading up north after his inevitable release from the Philadelphia Eagles when the season is over. With Andy Reid basically playing out the string with Nick Foles as his starting quarterback for the rest of the season, Vick’s days are all but over. So where could Vick land next season? How about western New York! That’s right, the Buffalo Bills could be the most likely landing spot for the polarizing quarterback. According to Jason Cole from Yahoo Sports: Though the team publicly denied being interested in Vick in 2009, a source close to the quarterback insists the Bills were a suitor. Additionally, current Bills starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is a nice player, but hardly a franchise guy. The Bills are built to win as soon as possible. Adding Vick to a team that has a solid offensive line would be an immediate boost. Also, coach Chan Gailey has experience working with mobile quarterbacks from his days in Pittsburgh with Kordell Stewart. Vick is far more talented than Stewart ever was, so Gailey could easily make this work. Michael Vick would surely shoot a shot of life into dreadful western New York.
