Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines Turmoil as:  "A state or condition of extreme confusion, agitation, or commotion." It defines Controversy as:  "A discussion marked especially by the expression of opposing views : dispute." So what can we call the situations in San Diego, Philadelphia, Dallas, Kansas City and Arizona? Ken Whisenhunt will be let go from Arizona by season's end. Arizona's record since Whisenhunt took over: 44-44 (includes up to Week 8 of this year). He will get a job as the Head Coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. If that's the case then Romeo Crennel will be fired from KC. The Chiefs time of possession this year with the lead in games is 0:00 seconds. Enough said. Crennel can either go back to Cleveland and take a coordinator role or retire. My guess is at age 65, Crennel will call it a career. Norv Turner will also be fired. If he doesn't get fired before the season ends, he'll be fired on January 1st, 2013 (Chargers last game of the regular season is December 30th). He will not have a coaching job during the 2013 season. His current offensive coordinator Hal Hunter will take the OC job in Cleveland replacing the above mentioned Childress.  Jason Garrett will replace Turner and Hunter in San Diego as the Head Coach and OC. When you really look across the landscape of the NFL, a lot of guys "should" lose their jobs. Let me make things clearer by using a chart. Charts usually help. Mularkey will get another year, although I'm not sure if he'll enjoy it anymore than the fans will.   The rest of the coordinator positions will be filled with a number of assistant coaches. Don't forget about the Saints interim coaches Joe Vitt and Aaron Kromer.
