Migraines Under Control, Rams' Clifton Ryan Hopes to Play Sunday

It's no sure thing, but even the possibility of getting Ryan back is bringing a smile to the face of coach Steve Spagnuolo. "(Having) Cliff Ryan back out there ... was great to see,'' Spagnuolo said after Friday's workout. 'He feels pretty good and he's happy as heck and I am too. We'll move forward.'' That doesn't mean Ryan will play against the Detroit Lions. It will be a game-day decision, but seems to be a 50-50 chance.
