Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald believes that free agent wide receiver Mike Wallace will be the Dolphins No. 1 target in free agency. Salguero has mentioned that Wallace makes more sense than Greg Jennings for some time now. Jennings spent time with Dolphins HC Joe Philbin in Green Bay and fills an obvious need for a receiver, but Wallace would allow them to stretch the field and there’s a growing belief that his skill set makes him more valuable than more accomplished receivers like Jennings, Dwayne Bowe and Wes Welker. It would seem like the Dolphins would prefer to sign Wallace and retain WR Brian Hartline at a reasonable price. It’s been suggested that Wallace is looking for an annual salary in the $10-$11 million neighborhood, but Miami has money to spend. We have Wallace listed as the No. 6 best available player in our Top 50 Free Agents list. The post Mike Wallace The Dolphins’ No. 1 Target In Free Agency? appeared first on NFL Trade Rumors -.
