Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams recently stated that he believed they were close to getting a contract extension done.
After looking at Williams’ tweet from yesterday it doesn’t sound like he’s very encouraged with the fact that something hasn’t gotten done yet.
I FEEL LIKE MY FAMILY DON'T WANT ME….HAVENT I BEEN EVERYTHING YOU WANTED AND MORE WHY IS THIS SO HARD FOR YALL. .. AND WE SAY FAMILY FIRST

What’s interesting is that Bucs head coach Greg Schiano often uses the word “family,” according to Stephen Holder of the Tampa Bay Times.
A couple important things to note here: Williams tends to be a bit dramatic in his use of social media, so take this for what it’s worth. Also, last we heard, the Bucs and Williams’ agent were still in regular communication and were still aiming to get a deal done.
Williams needs to calm down and accept the fact that the NFL is a business.

Well it’s bee awhile and I would personally like to thank Sky for allowing me to return after a much need break. Before you ask, I was not banished from the island of Razzball. Like a bad episode of Survivor, I was on vacation and a much needed vacation at that. Speaking of Survivor, I just joined an interesting fantasy football league that is a draft only, best ball format,...
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers went to work in the offseason. Tampa Bay did an incredible job bringing in talented players to help this team become a winner in 2013. The Bucs’ defense was one of the worst in the league in 2012 in terms of stopping the pass. Bucs’ fans saw way too many leads [...]
When Tampa Bay Buccaneers owner Malcolm Glazer acquired a controlling stake in the Manchester United F.C., it was looked upon by not only ManU fans, but English Premier League fans in general, that their beloved league had been soiled by American debt and greed. Now a new NFL owner has cast his shadow over the Premier League in the person of Shahid Khan.
