Cowboys coach Jason Garrett didn't provide much clarity Monday on the injuries to defensive end DeMarcus Ware and running back DeMarco Murray.
Both were injured in the second quarter of Sunday night's win over Washington. Ware suffered a strained quadriceps while Murray sprained an MCL (knee).
Garrett did shoot down a report that Ware would be out 3-4 weeks.
According to NBC’s Michele Tafoya, Jay Ratliff is not expected to play for the Dallas Cowboys again.
“My interpretation based on Jerry Jones body language and his tone is that Jay Ratliff will not be playing for the Cowboys anymore,” said Tafoya after speaking with Jones.
Of course, Tafoya is interpreting Jones’ “body language,” so it’s hard to say whether or not...

DeMarco Murray left yesterday’s game against the Redskins with a knee injury. Now according to reports he is out for next week’s game against the Eagles but could return after for the Lions game. That could be good news for the Cowboys if he can come back in two weeks.

Jay Ratliff has not played this season for the Dallas Cowboys and NBC’s Michele Tafoya reported on Sunday Night Football that the 32-year-old my never play a down again for the team.
Ratliff has been on the reserve/PUP list with a groin injury.
Earlier this week it was reported that Ratliff was unlikely to play in Week 7.
