Yes, today is very depressing.   If you were hoping for some sort of let's-get-cheery-and-blather-about-how-football-supposed-to-be-fun pep talk from Monday Eagles Hangover, prepare to be disappointed. Not only did the Eagles lose to end the season (note: this happens most years), consigning us all to the long, dreary gloom of the offseason, but there's a chance that labor unrest could make this offseason even longer, drearier and gloomier than average.  There are many many months ahead for us to evaluate the relative success of the Eagles' season, what they did well, what they need to fix, how they'll look at the draft, etc etc. I plan to ignore all of those things and just wallow in yesterday's loss and the disappointment that attends the annual finale of my favorite TV show, interactive entertainment product, and live event.  Your day-after story lines and bullet points (now with extra finger-pointing): Blamestorming, Part 1.
