Via NFL Trade Rumors:

Jacksonville Jaguars new GM David Caldwell told reporters that he “can’t imagine a scenario” where Tim Tebowwould be on their roster next season.
“He is a member of the New York Jets,” said Caldwell. “I can’t imagine a situation where he’s a Jacksonville Jaguar … even if he’s released.“
Tebow has linked to the Jaguars for years now and owner Shad Khan was reportedly willing to give him a shot at competing for a job next season.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reported a few weeks ago that it’s “a virtual certainty” that Tebow would be playing for the Jaguars next year, which seems a little premature in hindsight given that they were likely to replace GM Gene Smith.
At this point in time, there doesn’t appear to be any interest in signing Tebow even if he were to become available. NFL teams may ask him to move to another position if he wants to continue playing football in the league.

The GM is effing retarted. They fire the coach without batting an eye, but aren't willing to throw in the towel on Gabbert. I live in J-ville and it's like living in Gator nation. The Jaguars always complain about not having any ticket sales yet COMPLETELY REFUSE to listen to what the fans want. If Tebow was the QB the tickets would sell like hot cakes whether the Jags win or not. Hell, the Jags have had winning seasons where the games were blacked out on TV because the Jags haven't done anything to capture the fans attention. It's not about the wins. The Colts go 2-14 and still had a huge fan base. The Jags just don't get it...
