PLAYERS: Tim Tebow
TEAMS: New York Jets
Tim Tebow has been unhappy as of late due to his ever-shrinking role in the Jets' offense, showing disinterest both through the press and on the sidelines. Leave it to one of his devout followers to turn the backup quarterback's frown upside down. On Tuesday, New York Post reporter Bart Hubbuch snapped a photo of a "You're Special" balloon bouquet, which was sent to Tebow by an anonymous fan. Hubbuch's colleague, Jane McManus, noted that Tebow thought it was "nice," and said these kinds of things "happen sometimes." Hey, they don't call them 'Tebow-maniacs' for nothing.

Tim Tebow receives special balloon bouquet from an anonymous fan

Tim Tebow received a “You’re Special” balloon bouquet from an anonymous fan today at the Jets’ training facility.  Tebow said that it was a nice gesture and it wasn’t the first time he had received a gift from an anonymous fan.  Perhaps now Tebow will feel better about his teammates talking behind his back, but I wouldn’t count on it.H/T: Deadspin

Tim Tebow Sent Bouquet of Balloons Saying ‘You’re Special’ By Anonymous Fan (Photo)

Sometimes, we all just need a little pick-me-up at the office. Just something to know people care. Well, Tim Tebow got exactly that on Tuesday, as an “anonymous fan” sent him a bouquet of balloons bearing the phrase “You’re special” on them, according to the New York Post’s Bart Hubbuch. After Tebow’s previous week, in which he was bashed by anonymous teammates, it’s...

Tim Tebow receives ‘you’re special’ balloon from anonymous fan (Picture)

At least someone out there has love for Tim Tebow. According to Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post, the Jets quarterback received the set of balloons seen above on Tuesday. Hubbuch says the balloons came from an anonymous fan, though there was speculation that a teammate was the one responsible for them. I’m guessing this was a response to Tebow being called “terrible” by an...

Tim Tebow is a Great Warm Up Player

I promised I’d start again T… Quarterback Tim Tebow #15 of the New York Jets meets Christian, a member of the Tim Tebow Foundation, prior to the game against the St. Louis Rams at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, Missouri — Tebow needs to be on a team where we can all witness his miracles. For some reason, this Jets team doesn’t want to unleash his holiness.-TO A Young...

Tim Tebow Experiment Continues to Be Failure for Jets, But Quarterback Doesn’t Deserve Any Blame (Video)

The New York Jets’ Tim Tebow era has been a failure. While the Jets are on the heels of a victory on Sunday, it has become increasingly clear each week that Tebow simply doesn’t have much of a role in New York’s offense. For that, Tebow can’t be blamed, as the failed experiment is instead the result of Tony Sparano and Rex Ryan not implementing the polarizing signal caller...

Tebow sent balloons bouquet

Sometimes, we all just need a little pick-me-up at the office. Just something to know people care. New York Jets backup quarterback Tim Tebow received exactly that on Tuesday. Tebow tops Obama for Thanksgiving

A poll asked Americans for their preferred Thanksgiving dinner guest, and you really have to see the results and where Tim Tebow ranks.

Tebometer rises… but should it?

In the New York Jets 27-13 victory over St. Louis on Sunday, Tim Tebow completed his one and only pass (although calling it a pass is a bit misleading, it was really just a forwarded lateral).   Amazingly Tebow has now put up a 100% completion rate in each of the last 3 games he has thrown the ball. However, his “pass” against the Rams netted the Jets -1 yard, so in reality...

Tim Tebow receives balloons from random fan (Picture)

As we are only one day away from Thanksgiving, this story about New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow is a rather-heartwarming one. According to Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post, some random fan (or kissing-up teammate) sent Tebow the below bouquet of balloons back on Tuesday: We'll keep you updated if we find out anymore news.... Tebow tops Obama as Thanksgiving guest

President Obama beat Mitt Romney in the general election earlier this month, but finished well behind Tim Tebow in another November vote -- a poll seeking America's most preferred Thanksgiving dinner guest. According to a survey conducted by Nielsen and reported in the New York Post, the New York Jets' backup quarterback was the preferred Turkey Day companion of 23 percent...

Tebow sounds 'ready' for anonymous role with Jets

This just might be the last week you hear about anything having to do with Tim Tebow — after the New York Jets put an end to one of the most excruciating three-game losing streaks ever.  And you know who sounds like he doesn't mind being a footnote to one of the most tumultuous times in the team's history — Tebow himself. If you believe any of that, I've got an...

Should the Jets Start Tim Tebow Now?

With the New York Jets currently being 4-6, many might say it is time to panic with their team. Mark Sanchez just simply is not getting the job done in New York. I understand that there are other concerns than the quarterback position, like the problems in the secondary. Even the head coach Rex Ryan is receiving some criticism for his decision-making. It may seem like the time to...

Tim Tebow Voted the Person Most Americans Would Want for Thanksgiving Guest, Beating Barack Obama

It’s no question Tim Tebow is popular — but just how popular was reaffirmed Thursday. In a Nielsen survey that asked who Americans would like to have as a guest for Thanksgiving, Tebow was the winner — over newly elected President Barack Obama. Tebow was picked by 23 percent of the voters, as opposed to 5 percent for Obama. Those numbers won’t win any elections, but they...

Sanchez, Jets' offense wakes up in must-have win

The New York Jets' winning formula Sunday against the St. Louis Rams Sunday was throwback 2009: stout defensive play, a steady rushing attack and mistake-free quarterbacking from Mark Sanchez. Running back Bilal Powell rushed for two scores, and Sanchez connected on 15 of 20 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown in the Jets' 27-13 victory. And get this -- Sanchez didn'...

Jets Dominate Rams in 27-13 Victory

The New York Jets (4-6) have a playoff pulse. They completed dominated the Rams (3-6-1) in St. Louis in one of their most complete games of the season. The only negatives of the game, besides Tim Tebow’s incredible lack of productivity, was Nick Folk having another field goal blocked and his first outright miss of the season. Mistake-Free Offense The Jets opened the game driving...
